新型评分系统在动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血预后预测中的研究进展

Research Progress of New Scoring System in Predicting Prognosis of Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

颅内动脉瘤破裂不仅是急性脑卒中发生的常见危险因素,也是引起蛛网膜下腔出血的主要发病原因。近年来,随着医学技术的不断提升,人们已经能够在疾病早期进行有效的诊疗。但是由于急性脑梗死、脑血管痉挛以及迟发性脑缺血等并发症的发生,患者在治疗后遗留各种神经功能缺损的症状,从而给家庭和社会带来极大的经济负担。因此,早期对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的预后进行有效的预测并采取个体化治疗方案能够降低不良事件发生率并提升患者的生活质量。

The rupture of intracranial aneurysm is not only a common dangerous factor in acute stroke,but also the main cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage.In recent years,with the development of the medical technology,effective diagnosis and treatment in the early stages of the disease can be carried out.However,due to the occurrence of complications such as acute cerebral infarction,cerebral vasospasm and delayed cerebral ischemia, various symptoms of neurological impairment may remain after therapy,which brings about great economic burden to the family and society.Therefore,early effective prediction of the prognosis of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage to give individualized treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse events and promote the patients′ living quality.
