脑钠肽、同型半胱氨酸及胱抑素C对糖尿病肾病早期诊断意义

Significance of combined detection of brain natriuretic titanium,serum cystatin C and homocysteine levels with early diabetic nephropathy

目的评价糖尿病肾病早期联合检测脑钠肽(BNP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和血清胱抑素C(CysC)的临床诊断意义。方法选择2016年5月至2017年4月在该院住院的明确诊断为糖尿病肾病患者75例(糖尿病肾病组)、单纯2型糖尿病患者82例(单纯糖尿病组)及体检中心健康体检人员60例(正常对照组)作为研究对象,分别检测三组BNP、Hcy、CysC、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平,并对三组上述指标进行统计分析。结果糖尿病肾病组患者BNP、Hcy、CysC、Scr、BUN水平均显著高于单纯糖尿病组和正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),单纯糖尿病组患者以上指标与正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BNP、Hcy及CysC不仅是早期糖尿病肾病的独立危险因素,三者联合检测可为糖尿病肾病早期诊断提供重要依据。

Objective To value the relationship of combined detection of brain natriuretic titanium(BNP),homocysteine(Hcy),Cystatin C(CysC)in the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 75 patients with early diabetic nephropathy and 82 cases of simple diabetes were selected as the research objects from May 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital,In addition,60 healthy outpatients were collected as the healthy control group,and all subjects were conducted for the test of BNP,Hcy,CysC,serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),and results were analyzed.Results The diabetic group was compared with the healthy control group,BNP,Hcy and CysC increased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the severity of diabetic nephropathy and five index values were positively correlated,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of BNP,CysC,Hcy can improve the efficiency of the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy,and the combined detection results can provide basis for the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy.
