摘要
交通标志是向公路使用者传递信息的一种安全设施,为发挥材料潜力、优化使用,在已有的方管F形交通标志的基础上,首先进行优化设计,再改变其横梁的尺寸,利用有限元软件建立模型,对改进后的方管F形交通标志进行分析.结果表明:梁和柱的根部是F形交通标志结构最大应力的接种区域,梁端和柱顶发生最大变形,在立柱相同且横梁截面尺寸相同的情况下,横梁长度越短,结构优化空间越大,优化结果更趋向于变截面.研究成果可为变截面交通标志结构的设计提供依据.
Traffic sign is a kind of safety facility that transmits information to road users.In order to exert material potential and optimize use,on the existing F-Shape traffic sign,firstly a design optimization is made,and then the size of its beam is changed and establish a model by using finite element software,and finally the F-Shape traffic sign is analyzed.The result shows that the maximum stress of the F-Shape traffic sign structure is mainly concentrated in the roots of the beams and columns.The maximum deformation is mainly concentrated at the ends of the beams and the top of the columns.When both the column and the cross-sectional dimension of the beam remain the same,there will be more potential for structural optimization if the beam is shorter.Hence,it is better to change the area of the cross-sectional dimension.The research results can provide basis for the design of variable cross-section traffic sign structure.
