摘要 抗战时期陕甘宁边区政府在行政管理中对干部的考核是边区政府认真贯彻中国共产党任人唯贤干部政策的重要措施,也是边区政府政治体制建设的重要组成部分。边区政府制定和实施的一系列对干部考核奖惩制度,为促进边区政府干部队伍整体素质的提高、推动清正廉洁抗日民主政府的建设提供了制度保障。 During the period of the Anti-Japanese War,the performance assessment of officials by the Shan-Gan-Ning Border Region Government in the administrative management was an important measure for the border government to conscientiously implement the policy of appointing people on their merits and remaining officials clean,honest and upright of the CPC.It is also an important part of the political construction of the Border Region Government.A series of reward and punishment system for assessing the performance of officials formulated and implemented by the border region government provided institutional guarantees for promoting the overall quality of the official ranks of the border government and the construction of a clean,honest and upright anti-Japanese democratic government.
