Anime Expression of Political Will: Analysis of the Use of Animation in Political Propaganda Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

十八大以来,动漫这一影视艺术形式开始进入政治宣传视野,一批动漫短片通过新媒体平台进入舆论场域,引起广泛关注,迅速成为一种"现象级"的动漫形式。梳理十八大以来动漫在政治宣传中的运用事实,运用大众文化理论分析十八大以来政治宣传动漫及其内涵,追索十八大以来政治宣传动漫"现象级"出现的原因,并得出政治宣传动漫带给政治宣传和动漫产业的启示。

Since the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the art form of animation has begun to enter the political propaganda field.A number of anime short films have entered the field of public opinion through the new media platform,causing widespread concern and quickly becoming a form of"phenomenon-level"animation.This paper attempts to sort out the facts of animation in the use of political propaganda since the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,using the theory of mass culture to analyze the political propaganda and animation and its connotation since the 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and to trace the causes of the emergence of the political phenomenon of the"Phenomenon Level"of the political propaganda and finally came to the political propaganda and animation brought to the political propaganda and animation industry.
