补中益气汤合真武汤加减联合膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者的影响

Effects of Modified BuZhong YiQi Deoction and ZhenWu decoction Combined with Bladder Function Training on the Patients with Urinary Incontinence after Spinal Cord Injury

目的:探讨补中益气汤合真武汤加减联合膀胱功能训练对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者的影响。方法:将脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者121例分为单纯膀胱功能训练组(对照组=54例),膀胱功能训练联合中药"补中益气汤合真武汤加减"组(观察组=67例)。采用世界卫生组织尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评价患者的生存质量,以尿流动力学指标、排尿日记评价2组患者的排尿功能。结果:2组患者年龄、性别、损伤节段、损伤原因、ASIA分级及生存质量评分治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,2组患者的生存质量评分和排尿功能均改善(P<0.05),观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"补中益气汤合真武汤加减"联合膀胱功能训练可有效改善脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者的排尿功能,提高其生存质量。

Objective:To explore the effects of modified BuZhong YiQi decoction and ZhenWu decoction combined with bladder function training of the patients with urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods:A total of 121 patients were allocated to the control group(54 cases)who accepted single bladder function training and the observation group(67 cases),who received bladder function training and modified BuZhong YiQi decoction and ZhenWu decoction.Quality of life of the patients was assessed using WHO urinary incontinence questionnaire of life of quality(I-QOL),and the urination function of the patients in both groups were evaluated using urodynamic indexes and urination diary.Results:There was no statistical difference in the comparisons of age,gender,damage segment,damage reason and ASIA classification and the scores of quality of life between both groups before treating(P>0.05);after treating for three months,the scores of life of quality and urination function of both groups improved(P<0.05),the observation group was superior to the control group,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified BuZhong YiQi decoction and ZhenWu decoction combined with bladder function training could effectively improve urination of the patients with urinary incontinence after SCI and raise quality of life.
