摘要
为满足斜井齿轮齿条钻机的特殊作业要求,研制了ZJ40CDY斜井齿轮齿条钻机。其中配置的DQ250Y液压顶驱采用低速大扭矩空心轴马达直接驱动主轴进行钻井作业,配备管子处理系统以高效完成管具处理。其主马达液压控制采用闭式系统,两挡切换,可实现转速和扭矩的精确控制。另外还通过增加吊环倾斜支撑臂,有效解决了斜井作业时顶驱吊环后摆问题。现场试验结果表明,该顶驱的各项性能指标均符合设计要求,能很好地满足斜井齿轮齿条钻机的工况要求。该产品的研制成功为特种作业钻机配置适用顶驱提供了新选择。
To meet the special operation requirements of inclined well rack and pinion drilling rig,the DQ250Y hydraulic top drive system is developed.The top drive system uses a low-speed,high-torque hollow-shaft motor to directly drive the spindle for drilling operations,and is equipped with a pipe handling system to efficiently conduct pipe handling.The main motor hydraulic control,which uses closed system and two-speed switching,can allow precise control of speed and torque.In addition,the inclined support arm for the lifting ring addresses the problem of back swing of the lifting ring during the inclined well drilling operation.The field test results show that the performance indexes of the top drive system meet the design requirements and can adapt to the working conditions of the inclined well rack and pinion rig.The successful development of this product provides a new option for proper top drive for the special operation drilling rig.
