中俄东线天然气管道沉管下沟数值模拟 被引量:6

Numerical Simulation of Sinking and Lowering of China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline

摘要 中俄东线天然气管道在沉管下沟过程中将发生明显的大位移变形,并将经历高应力状态,对管道安全和质量有潜在影响。为了分析中俄东线采用沉管下沟施工作业方式的可行性,指导施工现场沉管下沟作业,采用有限元方法分析了沉管下沟规律,计算校核了中俄东线沉管下沟过程中的应力状态,识别了沉管下沟过程中的危险因素并提出了控制措施。计算结果表明:当管沟深度在5. 0 m以内时,中俄东线D1422×21. 4 mm、D1422×25. 7 mm和D1422×30. 8 mm这3种直管道可以采用沉管下沟施工方式。为了避免下沟管段末端翘起导致管道侧向摆动而发生危险,提出了2种控制措施。研究结果可以为中俄东线天然气管道安全施工提供指导和保障。 Significant displacement deformation will occur during sinking and lowering of the China-Russia eastern gas pipeline,which will experience high stress conditions and have potential impact on pipeline safety and quality.To analyze the feasibility of the pipeline sinking and lowering construction method of the China-Russia eastern gas pipeline,and provide guidance for the pipeline sinking and lowering operation,the finite element method is used to analyze the pipeline sinking and lowering.The stress state of pipeline sinking and lowering is calculated.The risk factors in the process of the pipeline sinking and lowering are identified and corresponding control measures are proposed.The calculation results show that when the depth of the trench is less than 5.0 m,the three kinds of straight pipelines of D1422×21.4 mm,D1422×25.7 mm and D1422×30.8 mm can adapt to pipeline sinking and lowering method for the China-Russia eastern gas pipeline.Two kinds of control measures are proposed to avoid the danger of the lateral swing of the pipeline caused by the end of the lowered pipeline section.The study results can provide guidance and guarantee for the safety of China-Russia eastern gas pipeline construction.
