山东淄博汉族青年大学生面侧貌特点分析

Facial profiles of young students of Han nationality in Zibo

目的 :探讨淄博在校汉族青年大学生面侧貌轮廓的性别差异。方法 :选取在校男、女青年大学生699名和1062名,年龄18～24岁之间,无颜面畸形、五官端正、无整形史,无身体畸形、障碍及外伤史。结果 :反映男女生面侧貌轮廓的鼻额角、鼻唇角、鼻尖角、唇凸角、面凸角、全面凸角的Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z检验,差异有统计学意义,而颏沟角无差异;除颏沟角外,女生面侧貌轮廓角均大于男生。判别方程为Y=-34.550+0.149×鼻额角+0.044×面凸角+0.028×全面凸角+0.025×鼻唇角。采用鼻额角预测性别时,女生鼻额角的受试者工作特征曲线下的面积为0.697,标准误为0.013,95%的置信区间为(0.672,0.722)。结论 :汉族青年大学生面侧貌轮廓有性别差异,在汉族青年女生采用鼻额角进行性判别有一定的意义。

Objective:To observe the difference of facial profile between males and females in Han students.Methods:18-24 years old males(n=699)and females(n=1 062)with well-formed features,no disability,diseases,deformity and no facial plastic history were seleceted.Somatotype was assessed by Heath-Carter methods,and the angles of facial tissue profile were measured by FreeHand MX software.Results:The parameters of soft tissue facial profile were frontonasal angle,nasal tip angle,nasolabial angle,labio-convex angle,angle of convexity,total angle of convexity and they were statistically different between males and females(Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z test)except mentolabial angle.Discriminat equations Y=-34.550+0.149×frontonasal angle+0.044×angle of convexity+0.028×total angle of convexity+0.025×nasolabial angle.To predict gender by frontonasal angle,the area of ROC curve of female's frontonasal angle was 0.697,SE=0.013,P=0.000,95%CI(0.672,0.722).Conclusion:The parameters of soft tissue facial profile are different between Han young students.It is significant that frontonasal angle may predict gender in females.
