血清血管紧张素转化酶含量与肝硬化关系

摘要 血管紧张素转化酶主要位于血管内皮及上皮细胞,目前对于血管紧张素转化酶在消化系统的方面的研究显示,在肝硬化疾病的发生发展过程中,往往伴随着肾素-血管紧张素系统的激活,但是血清中血管紧张素转化酶在肝硬化患者的不同疾病发展过程中的含量变化以及肝硬化类型的研究尚无相关报道。本实验通过对2000年6月至2018年6月来我院就诊的肝硬化患者进行肝功能分级并检测其血清中血管紧张素转化酶含量,探究其临床关系。
