摘要
上海电力修造总厂生产的DGT600-250汽动给水泵返厂检修后,装复试运过程中出现推力瓦温持续升高,机组负荷超过160 MW时推力瓦温度超过报警1值,并且随着负荷升高推力瓦温仍持续升高,通过分析润滑油压、油温、流量、油路等方面的问题,查找出推力瓦温高的原因,提出有效处理措施解决了推力瓦温高的现场难题。
After the DGT600-250 steam feed pump produced by Shanghai Electric Power Repair and Repair Plant was returned to the factory for repair, the thrust tile temperature continued to rise during the trial and test. When the unit load exceeded 160 MW, the thrust tile temperature exceeded the alarm 1 value, and As the load increases, the thrust tile temperature continues to rise. By analyzing the problems of lubricating oil pressure, oil temperature, flow rate, oil path, etc., the cause of thrust tile temperature high is found out, and effective treatment measures are proposed to solve the thrust tile temperature is high on-site puzzles.
