摘要
国家电力投资公司分宜发电有限责任公司地处江西西部,是国产大型循环流化床示范基地。本着提高大型变压器运行的稳定性和可靠性出发,对本厂330 MW机组的大型变压器温度监控系统进行测量技术改进,使用数字智能型温度控制仪替换机械式触点温控仪,用铠装热电阻感温元件代替热胀冷缩式感温元件,使变压器温度监控系统更加的准确、稳定、可靠,更适合安全生产、长周期生产的需要。
The national electric power investment Co.,Ltd. is located in the western part of Jiangxi province and is a domestic large-scale circulating fluidized bed demonstration base. In order to improve the stability and reliability of large-scale transformer operation, the measurement technology of the large-scale transformer temperature monitoring system of our 330 MW unit was improved, and the mechanical contact temperature controller was replaced with a digital intelligent temperature controller. The resistance temperature sensing element replaces the thermal expansion and contraction type temperature sensing element, which makes the transformer temperature monitoring system more accurate, stable and reliable, and is more suitable for the needs of safe production and long-cycle production.
