摘要
针对6063合金小规格圆铸锭低倍试片检验中出现的大量雪花状异常光晶现象,研究了6063合金小规格(φ125mm)圆铸锭中的不均匀枝晶组织的特征、形貌,以及形成机理对性能的影响,并提出了质量处理意见。
The effect of characteristic, morphology and formation mechanism of heterogeneous dendrites microstructure on property of small-sized(φ 125mm)round ingot of 6063 alloy was researched in the paper. And quality processing opinion is presented for peer reference.
