6101铝合金挤压型材力学性能及电导率的探究 被引量:4

摘要 6101铝合金常用于加工高强度母线导体。为了使其电导率大于55%IACS、抗拉强度达到172~221 MPa,同时屈服强度也能达到138~186 MPa,进而达到产品相关要求,研究了时效处理后型材的高倍金相组织、表面质量、硬度、电导率和力学性能。结果表明,当铸锭加热温度在470~490℃、挤压速度在15~20 m/min时,挤压过程中三种型材表面机械纹均匀,表面质量较好。经过峰值时效(175±5)℃×7 h和过时效(200±5)℃×5 h处理后,不同尺寸的型材的硬度和电导率均满足产品要求。当时效制度为过时效(200±5)℃×5 h时,型材电导率大于55%IACS,屈服强度、抗拉强度符合产品要求。 In order to make the conductivity of more than 55% IACS, the tensile strength can reach 172 ~ 221 MPa, and the yield strength can reach 138 ~ 186 MPa. The high magnification microstructure, surface quality, hardness, electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the profiles after aging treatment were studied by heat treatment of extruded sections under different aging treatments.The results show that when the heating temperature of the ingot is 470 ~ 490 ℃ and the extrusion speed is 15 ~ 20 m / min, the mechanical pattern of the three profiles is uniform and the surface quality is good. After the peak aging ( 175 ± 5 )℃× 7 h and over aging ( 200 ± 5 )℃× 5h treatment, the hardness and conductivity of different sizes of profiles meet the product requirements. When the aging system is overdue ( 200 ± 5 )℃× 5h, the profile conductivity is greater than 55% IACS, the yield strength and tensile strength are in line with product requirements.
