5052铝合金无缝薄壁管扩口性能研究

摘要 通过对比进口料和国产料的组织,确定了提高5052合金管材扩口性能组织的改进方向为细化组织晶粒度,消除组织各向异性。对比拉伸法和轧制法,发现轧制法生产的管材退火后组织晶粒更细小且各向异性更小。通过退火制度摸索,确定采用(470℃~490℃)×4h制度退火后的轧制管材组织的均匀程度最好,扩口成功率最高,完全可以达到实际应用需求。 By comparing microstructure of the imported material and domestic material, the method of improving the flaring performance of 5052 alloy tube is torefine grain size and eliminate microstructure anisotropy.By comparing stretching method and rolling method , it was found that the grain size and microstructure anisotropy of tube produced by rolling method after annealwere more smaller.By researching the anneal process , the grain size and microstructure anisotropy of tube produced by rolling method after anneal are the best using anneal process of ( 470℃~ 490℃)× 4h , which can fully meet the actual application requirements.
