针对汽车控制臂型材对组织均匀性、力学性能以及耐磨性的严格要求,从合金成分设计、提升铸锭质量以及保证型材的综合性能等方面开展研究,成功研制出符合要求的汽车控制臂型材,并广泛应用于日系汽车中。

Aiming at the strict requirements for uniformity of microstructure and mechanical properties and wear resistance of automobile control arm profile, research was carried out from the aspects of alloy composition design, the quality of ingot and the comprehensive performance ofthe profiles, the control armprofile of automobile in line with the requirements were successfully developed, and had been widely used in automobiles with Japanese brands.
