客车顶盖边梁设计及性能分析

摘要 提出一种铝型材顶盖边梁结构,该结构既能满足顶盖与侧围的连接强度要求,又集成了玻璃止口、流水槽、蒙皮弧面、连接滑槽等功能,实现了模块化装配。运用CAE仿真技术,分析了某型客车在弯曲、扭转工况下的静态刚度、强度。结果表明,新结构下整车刚度、强度数值良好,为全铝客车顶盖边梁模块化设计及改善整车性能提供了参考。 A kind of roof beam structure made of aluminum profile is proposed, which can meet not only the joint strength requirement but also integrate the function of the glass rabbet, water slot, outlet support surface and slide connection slot etc., and modular assembly is realized. The static stiffness and strength under bending condition and torsion condition were analyzed by using CAE emulation technique. The result shows that the new structure has a better performance and it provides a practical way for coach lightweight design.
