摘要 我国食用菌行业正处于快速成长阶段,未来几年仍将是食用菌产业大发展的战略机遇期。本文对近年来我国在食用菌行业的专利申请趋势、申请人、技术构成等方面进行分析,以期通过对专利信息资源的分析和利用,促进企业对于食用菌制品及相关研发技术的结构优化升级,建立专利分析与企业运行决策深度融合、持续互动的企业发展决策机制。通过分析得出,申请人在从事技术研发以及申请专利的过程中,要重点关注A01G1/04等领域;在专利布局以及专利技术规避过程中应重点关注我国龙头企业如洛阳佳嘉乐农业产品开发有限公司;对于掌握更多专利核心技术的高校等科研院所,需要重点关注江南大学等高校。 China's edible fungus industry is in a stage of rapid growth, and will continue to be a strategic opportunity for the development of the edible fungus industry in the next few years. This paper analyzes the trend of patent application, applicants and technical composition in the edible fungus industry in recent years, in order to promote the optimization and upgrading of edible fungi products and related research and development technologies through the analysis and utilization of patent information resources. Establish a corporate development decision-making mechanism that combines patent analysis with enterprise operational decision-making and continuous interaction. Through analysis, the applicant should focus on A01G1/04 in the process of technology research and development and patent application;in the process of patent layout and patent technology evasion, it should focus on the development of agricultural products in China such as Luoyang Jiajiale. Co., Ltd.;for universities and other research institutes that have more patented core technologies, it is necessary to focus on university such as Jiangnan University.
