腰椎脊柱推拿联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的效果

Effect of lumbar spine massage combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的分析腰椎脊柱推拿联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床效果,及对血清S100A12、软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)水平的影响。方法将2016年1月～2018年1月浙江中医药大学附属第三医院收治的100例KOA患者采用随机信封法分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组采用透明质酸钠治疗,观察组采用腰椎脊柱推拿联合透明质酸钠治疗。治疗后观察两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)、临床疗效、S100A12及COMP水平,并统计两组患者满意率。结果治疗后观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0.05),且观察组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后两组血中S100A12及COMP水平均显著降低(P <0.05),且观察组各指标水平显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组患者满意率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论采用腰椎脊柱推拿联合透明质酸钠治疗KOA患者可有效提高临床疗效和临床满意率,降低患者VAS评分和S100A12、COMP水平。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of lumbar spine massage combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) and its influence on serum S100A12 and cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) levels. Methods One hundred cases of KOA patients admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2016 to January 2018 were divided into the observation group and the control group by random envelope method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sodium Hyaluronate, while the observation group was treated with lumbar spine massage combined with Sodium Hyaluronate. After treatment, the visual analogue scale (VAS), clinical efficacy, S100A12 and COMP levels of the two groups were observed, and the satisfaction rates of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of S100A12 and COMP in the blood of the two groups were decreased significantly (P < 0.05), which of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of lumbar spine massage and Sodium Hyaluronate in the treatment of KOA patients can improve the clinical efficacy and clinical satisfaction rate, reduce the patients′ VAS scores, S100A12 and COMP levels.
