麻醉护士职业压力及其对心理健康影响的质性研究

Theoccupational stress and its impact on mental health of nurse anesthetists: a qualitative research

目的了解麻醉护士的职业压力及其对心理健康的影响,为缓解麻醉护士职业压力和科学人性化管理提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对4所在三级甲等医院工作的12名麻醉护士进行半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi的7步分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果麻醉护士的职业压力归纳为业务上压力、工作性质和特点、人际关系复杂、职业发展迷茫和职业压力对心理健康的影响5个主题及主题下的一系列副主题。结论管理者应尽快响应国家卫计委号召,出台相关政策,建立资格认证和培训体系,减缓麻醉护士的职业压力,重视麻醉护士的心理健康,促进队伍的健康发展。

Objective To study the occupational stress and its impact on mental health of nurse anesthetists,and to provide references for relieving the occupational stress and for managering scientifically. Methods The phenomenology research method was adopted in this qualitative study.Twelve nurse anesthetists from four hospitals were interviewed,and the interview contents were analyzed according to Colaizzi’s phenomenological method. Results Five themes and a series of sub-themes were extracted with regard to nurse anesthetists:business pressure,the nature and characteristics of work,complex interpersonal relationship,confusion of career prospects and the occupational stress on mental health. Conclusion Managers should respond to the call of the National Health and Family Planning Commission as soon as possible with coming up with some policies relating to qualification certification and training system which can reduce the stress of nurse anesthetists.Managers also need attach importance to the mental health of nurse anesthetists,and promote the healthy development ofnurse anesthetists.
