优质护理应用在骨科中的疗效性的meta分析

The effectiveness of high quality nursing application in department of orthopedics:A meta-analysis

目的系统评价优质护理在骨科中疗效性应用的护理价值。方法计算机检索国内万方数据资源系统、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普信息资源系统(VIP),搜集有关的随机对照试验(RCT)。由两位研究者按照纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料和评价质量后,采用Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入23个RCT,共有2975例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与常规护理比较,优质护理在住院时间、并发症发生率、骨折愈合率、功能恢复优良率及患者满意度方面的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论优质护理能降低住院时间、并发症发生率,增加骨折愈合率、功能恢复优良率,提升患者护理满意度。

Objective To make a Meta-analysis of the effectiveness of high quality nursing application in department of orthopedics.Methods By searching WAN-FANG、CNKI、VIPetc,the published articles about studies of the effectiveness of high quality nursing application in department of orthopedics were collected by two people.Rev Man 5.2 software was used for data analysis.Results 23 randomized controlled trials including 2975 patients were included in the Meta-analysis.Results of Meta-analysis show,compared with routine nursing,there was significant difference in hospitalization time,complication rate,fracture healing rate,good outcome and patient satisfaction.(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can reduce the time of hospitalization,the incidence of complications,increase the rate of fracture healing,good outcome and improve the patient satisfaction.
