基于微信平台的延伸护理在出院膝骨关节炎患者中的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Internet + Extension Nursing in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探究基于微信的延伸护理模式在出院膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年1月于本院接受治疗的104例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组52例。出院后对照组采取常规出院康复指导,观察组在对照组的基础上采用基于微信的延伸护理模式,连续干预4个周。出院4周后所有患者入院进行复查,采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表、Lequesne量表、简式Fugl-Meyer评分量表对患者的生活质量、膝关节功能以及神经功能恢复情况进行比较,对两组患者对膝骨关节炎相关知识的掌握程度以及遵医依从性进行调查并加以比较。结果出院4周后观察组患者生活质量量表评分(118.46±9.91)分、Lequesne量表(4.03±1.17)分、简式Fugl-Meyer评分量表(42.16±7.84)分,对照组患者生活质量量表评分(94.65±8.27)分、Lequesne量表(6.11±2.06)分、简式Fugl-Meyer评分量表(36.58±9.34)分,两组数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组在膝骨关节炎相关知识中的心理支持、运动疗法、保健知识、用药知识、饮食护理等多个方面掌握程度优于对照组,数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组遵医依从性较对照组处于更优水平,数据比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论基于微信的延伸护理模式对于膝骨关节炎患者出院后的护理具有良好的临床效果,能够改善患者膝骨关节功能,提高患者生活质量,临床可广泛推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Internet+extended nursing model in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 104 patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study.All patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.After the discharge of the control group were taken the routine discharge of rehabilitation guidance,the observation group based on the control group were taken the use of Internet+extended care mode,continuous intervention for 4 weeks.All patients were followed up for 4 weeks after discharge.The quality of life,knee function and recovery of neurological function were compared by using the World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale,Lequesne Scale and Fugl-Meyer Score Scale.Two groups of patients were comparedon the knee osteoarthritis-related knowledge and compliance with the degree of compliance.Results The scores of the quality of life scale were 118.46±9.91,the Lequesne scale was 4.03±1.17,the Fugl-Meyer score was 42.16±7.84,and the quality of life of the control group was 94.65±8.27 Points,the Lequesne scale was 6.11±2.06 and the Fugl-Meyer score was 36.58±9.34.The data were statistically different(P<0.05).The data of the observation group were better than the control group in the aspects of psychological support,exercise therapy,health knowledge,medication knowledge and diet nursing in knee osteoarthritis.The data were statistically different(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the data were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet+extended nursing model has a good clinical effect on the nursing of patients with knee osteoarthritis after discharge.It can improve the function of knee and knee and improve the quality of life of patients,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
