微信平台在血液透析病人院外延续性护理中的应用

Application of WeChat platform with continuous nursing for patients with MHD

[目的]探讨微信平台在血液透析(MHD)病人院外延续性护理中的应用效果。[方法]将103例MHD病人随机分为干预组52例和对照组51例,两组病人在院内均接受MHD病人常规治疗与护理,干预前收集资料、评估,制订计划,完成基线调查。院外通过微信平台对干预组进行干预,分别于干预前、干预3个月末、干预6个月末采用自行设计的疾病知识问卷、健康相关行为量表及液体依从性进行效果评价。[结果]干预3个月末及6个月末,干预组病人疾病知识得分、健康行为得分及液体依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。[结论]微信平台应用于MHD病人延续性护理中,可以明显提高病人的疾病知识水平,帮助病人建立健康相关行为,改善液体依从性,最终提高病人生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application of WeChat platform with continuous nursing for patients with MHD.Methods:103 patients with MHD were randomly divided into intervention group(n=52)and control group(n=51).Both groups received routine treatment and nursing of MHD patients in the hospital.Data were collected,evaluated,and plans were completed before the intervention.The intervention group was intervened through the WeChat platform,and the effect evaluation was carried out before the intervention,at the end of the intervention 3 months,and at the end of the 6 months,using the self-designed disease knowledge questionnaire,health-related behavior scale and liquid compliance.Results:At the end of 3 months and at the end of 6 months,the disease knowledge score,health behavior score and fluid compliance of the intervention group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:The WeChat platform is applied to the continuous care of MHD patients,which can significantly improve the patient's disease knowledge level,help patients establish health-related behaviors,improve fluid compliance,and ultimately improve patients′quality of life.
