摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,分析阳光长跑对学生耐力素质的影响情况。研究结果显示:持续、有规律的阳光长跑活动对学生耐力素质有明显的促进作用;每周3次以上,速度为男生>2.1 m/s,女生>2.0 m/s的阳光长跑锻炼效果最佳;而且随着阳光长跑周次的次数增加,耐力素质进步幅度也增加;阳光长跑次数与学生耐力素质存在很强线性关系,随着奔跑次数增加,耐力水平提高明显。
The influence of sunshine distance running on students' endurance quality was analyzed by means of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The results show that the continuous and regular sunshine long-distance running activities have a significant effect on the students' endurance quality.More than 3 times per week,at the rate of boys > 2.1 m/s,the girls> 2.0 m/s sunshine distance running exercise effect is best,and with the increase of the sun run weekly,endurance quality improvement also increases;There is a strong linear relationship between the number of sunshine long-distance running and the endurance quality of students.As the number of running increases,the endurance level increases obviously.
