随着长庆油田的发展,井下作业工作量越来越大。为适应油田大发展需要及服务低成本开发战略,随着油田改革的深化,油田井下作业市场引入民营队伍,由此产生了市场化的井下作业队伍。在井下作业队伍管理中产生了很多问题,只有通过不断地改进管理方式,提高管理水平,才能达到预期的管理效果,降低井下作业风险,提高井下作业质量。通过对长庆实业集团井下作业市场化管理实例的分析,探讨了提升井下作业管理水平的方法。

With the development of Changqing Oilfield,downhole operation workload is increasing.In order to adapt to the great development of oilfields and the low-cost development strategy,with the deepening of oilfield reform,private teams are introduced into the downhole operation market of oilfields,resulting in market-oriented downhole operation teams.Many problems have arisen in the management of the downhole operation teams.Only by constantly improving the management mode and improving the management level can the expected management effect be achieved,the risk of downhole operation be reduced and the quality of downhole operation be improved.Based on the analysis of the market-oriented management of downhole operation in Changshi Group,this paper discusses the methods to improve the management level of downhole operation.
