摘要
目的建立接近临床,稳定性、重复性好的猪二尖瓣关闭不全(MR)模型,研究不同时相动物模型的心脏超声指标变化。方法大型成年滇南小耳猪4头,采用人工机械通气,经正中开胸非体外循坏下,勾断猪二尖瓣前瓣腱索构建MR动物模型。于手术前、术后即刻、术后4、8、12及16周记录心脏超声指标。结果MR建模均获成功,死亡1例,其余3例均存活并长期饲养。心脏超声结果显示3例术后即刻均为轻度反流,随后数周观察结果反流程度均有不同程度的升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。结论本次MR模型创建的方法科学、可靠,可行性强,重复性好,对于进一步研究MR进行性损害机制及治疗效果有着重要的意义。
Objective To create MR swine model that is close to clinic, good stability and reproducibility and to observe the changes of echocardiography indexes in different time based on the preliminary study. Methods MR model was created by broking anterior tendinous cord valve under median sternotomy and artificial ventilation without cardiopulmonary bypass, and cardiac function indexes were recorded in different periods of pre-operation, immediately post-operation, four weeks, eight weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks after surgery.Results MR models had been successfully created;one animal model died during operation, and the others had been living for a long time. The results of echocardiography showed that three models had mild reflux immediately after operation, and the degree of reflux in the following weeks was statistically increasing (P < 0.05).Conclusions This way to built MR models is scientific reliability, feasible and reproducible. It is vital for facilitating the study of progressive damage mechanisms and treatment effects of MR.
