摘要
以表面张力和泡沫性能为评价指标,研究了4种不同的非离子表面活性剂在洗碗机专用粉状洗涤剂的应用。以单因素实验为基础,分析了不同种类和用量的非离子表面活性剂对洗碗粉样品洗净力的影响,得到了一种去污力高、起泡力低的机洗洗涤剂,在人工污垢和实际污垢的模拟洗涤测试中,该机洗洗涤剂展示出比两款国外市售产品更强的去污力。
The surface tension and foaming performance of four nonionic surfactants were studied to find the most suitable one for the formula of automatic dishwashing detergent powder.The detergency of detergent powder samples containing different types and different amounts of nonionic surfactants was also studied on the basis of single factor experiment.A low-foaming formula of automatic dishwashing detergent powder with excellent detergency was obtained,which showed better detergency than two imported automatic dishwashing detergent products.
