摘要
紫外辐射、环境污染、吸烟、熬夜等都可诱导皮肤产生过多活性氧自由基,导致皮肤氧化应激和组织损伤,包括皮肤干燥松弛,失去弹性,产生皱纹,加速了皮肤衰老的过程。最早发现氧化过程与皮肤衰老密切相关,抗氧化剂在化妆品行业中应用最广泛的性能也是抗衰老。进一步研究发现,活性氧自由基与黑色素的生成、非酶糖基化过程、炎症反应均有关系,这一发现也促进了抗氧化剂在美白、抗炎、抗糖化等方面的应用。
Ultraviolet radiation,environmental pollution,smoking,staying up late can induce the skin produces too much active oxygen free radicals,causing skin oxidative stress,including dry,loose skin,loss of elasticity,wrinkles,which accelerate the aging process of the skin.The oxidation process was first found to be closely related to skin aging,and anti-aging was the most widely used property of antioxidants in cosmetics industry.Further researches found that reactive oxygen free radicals were related to the formation of melanin,non-enzymatic glycosylation process and inflammatory reaction.This discovery also promoted the application of antioxidants in whitening,anti-inflammatory,anti-glycosylation and so on.
