插穗的类型对四倍体刺槐扦插生根及氧化酶活性的影响

摘要 以1年生硬枝和半木质化的嫩枝作为插穗,研究了四倍体刺槐扦插后的生根效果及体内氧化酶活性变化情况。结果表明:半木质化嫩枝扦插的刺槐生根率、生根数、根长、根粗均高于1年生硬枝扦插,其体内氧化酶PPO、POD、IAAO的活性也是嫩枝扦插的处理更高,3种酶在体内的变化趋势都趋于一致,在一定时间范围内逐渐增加,超过一定时间后逐渐降低,PPO、POD 2种酶在扦插后21d活性最高,IAAO的活性在扦插后14d最高。 With the annual hardwood&semi-lignified shoots as cuttings,the rooting effects&oxidase activities in the tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia were studied.Result shows that the rooting rate&rooting number of the semi-lignified Robinia pseudoacacia shoots were studied.The root length&root thickness are higher than that of annual hardwood cuttings.The activities of oxidases of PPO,POD&IAAO in the body are also higher in the treatment of shoots,and the trends of the three enzymes tend to be consistent in the body.The gradual increase in the range gradually decrease after a certain period of time.The activities of PPO&POD are the highest at 21 d after cutting,and the activity of IAAO is the highest at 14 d after cutting.
