摘要
为客观地科学评估河湖库塘清淤项目效果,从浙江省河湖库塘清淤现状出发,总结全省清淤、淤泥处理与处置的技术,分析清淤所带来的效益,采取替代法建立评价指标,提出一种定量分析河湖库塘清淤效益的评估方法,并举例论证。
Based on the present situation of dredging of river,lake and reservoir in Zhejiang Province,the paper summarized the technology of dredging and sludge treatment of the whole province.It analyzed the benefits brought by dredging,presented an evaluation method to quantitatively analyze the dredging benefits in river,lake and reservoirs,and made the argument with examples.
