摘要
分析了河钢邯钢7号高炉冷却壁壁体综合水温差整体偏高且波动大的原因并提出了改进措施。认为软融带位置波动、气流波动、炉腹煤气量波动是引起冷却壁水温差波动大的根本原因。通过原燃料数据化管理,调整上部布料制度、出铁制度,树立量化调剂理念,引入炉腹煤气指数概念,建立了应对水温差异常升高的炉内调剂办法,稳定了高炉水温差,实现了一定的经济效益和节能减排的社会效益。
The reasons for the overall high and great fluctuating of water temperature difference of cooling stave of No. 7 BF in Hansteel are analyzed, and the improvement measures are put forward. It is considered that the soft-melting zone fluctuation, air flow fluctuation and gas flow fluctuation of furnace hearth are the fundamental reasons for the large fluctuation of the water temperature difference of the cooling stave. Through the data management of raw materials and fuels, adjusting the upper charging system and tapping system, setting up the concept of quantitative adjustment, introducing the concept of gas index for furnace hearth, the furnace adjustment method is established to cope with the abnormally high water temperature difference, which stabilizes the water temperature difference and achieves certain economic benefits and social benefits of energy saving and emission reduction.
