摘要
研究了球化退火轴承钢各项指标的产生机理,制定了工艺试验方案。通过不同规格,不同加热温度、不同控轧控冷温度对比,找到了可以同时满足各项指标的加热和控扎控冷工艺方案。同时还巧妙地利用保温时间进行设备维护和工艺检查,提高产量和质量。
The mechanism of various indexes of spheroidizing annealing bearing steel was studied, and the technological test scheme was formulated. By comparing different specifications, heating temperature and TMCP temperature, the heating and controlled rolling and controlled cooling process schemes which can meet all the requirements at the same time are found. At the same time, the equipment maintenance and process inspection are skillfully used to improve the output and quality.
