摘要
以承德某露天矿固体废弃物利用项目为研究对象,从政策、市场、安全、环保、经济效益等方面对项目的可行性进行综合分析。结果表明:该项目有利于强化资源管理对自然生态的源头保护作用,能解决矿山环境污染、土地损毁、生态破坏和过度粗放开发等突出问题。
Taking the solid waste utilization project of a certain open-pit mine in Chengde as the research object, the project feasibility is analyzed comprehensively from the aspects of policy, market, safety, environmental protection and economic benefits. The results show that the project is conducive to strengthen the source protection of resources management for the natural ecology, and can solve the outstanding problems of mine environmental pollution, land damage, ecological damage and excessive extensive development.
