社会主义核心价值观与法治的融贯性是将社会主义核心价值观融入法治中国建设的前提要件。在逻辑上,社会主义核心价值观与法治均主张规则之治,且都追求善政善治,二者具有结构上的一致性;在内容上,社会主义核心价值观与法治都是马克思主义中国化的具体实践,二者功能相似、结构互洽,价值要素相互涵摄;在实践中,社会主义核心价值观与法治中国建设的各个领域、各个环节和各个部分均能实现积极互动。这些特性决定了社会主义核心价值观与法治建设具有互融共通之可能。

The consistency between socialist core values and the rule of law is the prerequisite of integrating the socialist core values into the construction of rule of law in China.Logically,the core values of socialism and the rule of law both advocate the rule of law and pursue good administration and good governance,and they are structurally consistent.In terms of content,the core values of socialism and the rule of law are both concrete practices of Marxism in China,which have similar functions,mutually consistent structures,and mutually contained elements of value.In practice,they are closely related to each other,which can achieve positive interaction in all fields,links and parts.These characteristics determine that the core values of socialism and the construction of the rule of law have the possibility of mutual integration.
