摘要
硅酸盐水泥自身存在的收缩性大、脆性大、易开裂以及耐腐蚀性弱等缺陷,造成水泥石存在很多耐久性问题。在外界荷载、环境等因素的反复作用下,造成水泥基材料出现各种问题。针对于此,制备了一种粒径小,抗盐稳定性好的水性环氧乳液,并将其掺入到硅酸盐水泥中,研究了水性环氧乳液改性硅酸盐水泥的力学性能、抗渗性和耐腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,制备水性环氧乳液能有效地加强水泥的力学性能、抗渗性和耐腐蚀性能。
Due to the defects of large shrinkage,brittleness,easy cracking and weak corrosion resistance,the cement stone has many durability problems.Effected significantly by external mechanical loads and various environments,the cement-based materials appear various problems.In this article,a waterborne epoxy emulsion with small particle size and good salt resistant stability is prepared and incorporated into Portland cement.The mechanical properties,impermeability and corrosion resistance of the epoxy emulsion modified Portland cement were studied.The research results show that the epoxy?resin emulsion can effectively improve the corrosion resistance and compressive properties of the cement.
