大数据背景下结合学科交叉思维开展小儿外科临床多中心研究的方法思考

Methodological explorations of conducting multi-center interdisciplinary clinical trials in pediatric surgery under a big-data background

临床大数据的涌现为科研新方法和医学新技术的的衍生提供了有利条件。在开展多中心临床研究的过程中,如何高效地对这些数据信息进行共享、规范、管理和利用是临床研究者需要重点把握的。学科交叉的思维模式非常顺应大数据时代发展的趋势,其应用意义在于调动不同领域的研究专家充分运用各个学科的研究特点对数据进行多个层次的提炼,从中发现更为广阔的研究思路。整合临床多中心数据的意义不仅在于提高临床科研的质量和成效,也在于启迪和培育研究人员的多学科交叉思维模式。因此,笔者结合小儿外科领域的学科交叉思维,对开展临床多中心研究的方法提出一些思考。

The recent emergence of clinical big data provides favorable conditions for new research methods and developing new medical technologies.While conducting multi-center clinical trials,how to effectively share,standardize,manage and utilize the relevant data is vital for clinical researchers.Interdisciplinary thinking mode is greatly responsive to the development trend of the big data era.Its significance lies in mobilizing research experts in different fields to make full use of research characteristics of various disciplines for refining the data at various levels and expanding research ideas.Integrating clinical multi-center data not only improves the quality and effectiveness of clinical researches,but also enlightens and nurtures researchers'multidisciplinary cross-thinking.Therefore interdisciplinary thinking is imperative in the field of pediatric surgery.And some fresh thoughts are proposed for conducting clinical multi-center researches.
