神经母细胞瘤作为一种儿童最常见的颅外实体肿瘤,其多中心研究在国外已取得丰硕成果,与此同时我国神经母细胞瘤的多中心研究也已经完成了初步建立的过程。本文将对神经母细胞瘤多中心研究开展过程中的经验和困境进行介绍,为儿童疾病多中心研究模式的建立提供参考依据。

Neuroblastoma is one of the most common extracranial solid tumors in children.The multi-center studies on neuroblastoma have been quite productive in developed countries,but are recently launched in China.This article summarizes the experiences and dilemmas of multi-center studies on neuroblastoma for providing references.
