化痰通络汤治疗56例老年急性缺血性脑卒中效果分析

Clinical effect of Huatan Tongluo decoction on acute ischemic stroke in 56 elderly patients

目的分析化痰通络汤治疗老年急性缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法选取2016-10~2017-10该院收治的56例老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上联合应用化痰通络汤治疗,均治疗14 d,观察两组疗效。结果治疗完成后,两组各血液流变学指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组各指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组基本治愈6例,显效12例,有效7例,无效3例,对照组基本治愈3例,显效9例,有效5例,无效11例。观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络汤治疗老年急性缺血性脑卒中患者效果满意,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huatan Tongluo decoction on acute ischemic stroke in elderly patients.Methods Fifty-six patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine western medicine,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Huatan Tongluo decoction plus the same treatment as the control group.All the patients were treated for 14 days,and the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with those before treatment in the two groups,the hemorheological indicators were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements of the indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,6 cases were cured,12 cases markedly improved,7 cases improved,and 3 cases invalid.In the control group,3 cases were cured,9 cases markedly improved,5 cases improved,and 11 cases invalid.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Tongluo decoction is effective in treatment of the elderly patients with acute ischemic stroke.
