摘要
近年来,近红外光谱技术在养猪业得到广泛的应用,如猪消化利用率、饲料营养价值的评定,猪的肉质以及胴体品质的测量及评定等。本文综述了国内外近红外光谱技术在养猪业的应用,并分析了其应用原理。
In recent years,near infrared reflectance spectroscopy(NIR) has been widely used in the pig industry,such as the evaluation of pig’s digestion and utilization rate,the evaluation of the nutritional value of pig feed,and the measurement and assessment of pig meat quality and carcass quality.This paper summarized the application of near-infrared spectroscopy technology in the pig industry at home and abroad,and analyzed its application principle.
