FDI对长三角城市工业环境绩效影响的实证研究

An Empirical Study of the Impact of FDI on the Industrial Environment Performance in the Yangtzeriver Delta

作为中国综合实力最强的经济中心,长三角吸引外商直接投资的能力不容小觑。但与此同时,其所遭受的环境压力也越来越受到人们的关注。运用基于投入导向的CCR模型,对2007~2016年长三角城市的工业环境绩效进行了测度,并利用随机效应TOBIT模型分析了FDI对工业环境绩效的影响。结果表明:FDI的注入,在一定程度上改善了长三角城市工业环境绩效,其他控制变量也与工业环境绩效呈现出一定的相关性。

The Yangtze River Delta region is the most comprehensive economic center of China,and the ability to attract foreign direct investment can’t be underestimated.But at the same time,its environmental pressure is getting more and more attention.And nowadays,the economic development model of energy saving and consumption reduction has become the focus of social concern.Based on the CCR model with input oriented,we measured the industrial environmental performance in the Yangtze River Delta in the 2007-2016,and analyzed the impact of FDI on industrial environmental performance by using random effect TOBIT model.The results show that,to some extent,the inflow of FDI has promoted the improvement of industrial environmental performance in the Yangtze River Delta.
