在党对教育全面领导的新时代,高职教育要树立"四个服务"的发展方向,服务国家战略的发展路径,聚集总目标的发展意识和服务"三件大事"的发展目标。确立"立德树人"的育人目标,"劳动光荣"的职业美德,"创新创业"的职业能力和"工匠精神"的职业素养。建立"产教融合"办学机制,"工学结合"专业体系,"双师结构"教学团队,"质量标准"教学体系,"管理水平"提升计划和"智慧校园"建设规划。建立"人民满意"的常态评价机制,"六个下功夫"的教学质量评价体系,"社会服务"第三方评价诊改制度和"问题导向"的评价改革方案,高职教育才能让"人民满意"。

The paper argues that in the new era of the development of higher vocational education under the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),vocational colleges will have to clarify the development direction of“four services”,work out a route to serve the development of the national strategy,and set the development goal of“three major events”with development consciousness.Vocational colleges will also establish the goal of“fostering morality and cultivating talents”,the professional virtue of“glory of labor”,the professional ability of“innovation and entrepreneurship”,and the professional accomplishment of“craftsman spirit”to cultivate students.The author of the paper provides to build a mechanism of“integration of production and education”,a professional system of“combining learning with working”,teaching teams of“double-professional-abilities”,a teaching system of“quality standard”,an improvement plan of“management level”,and a construction plan of“smart campus”.Vocational colleges will establish the normal evaluation mechanism of“for people's satisfaction”,the“six efforts”teaching quality evaluation system,the third-party evaluation and diagnosis system of“social service”,and the"issue-oriented"evaluation and reform plan to make vocational education satisfied by the people.
