基于智慧教育背景的智慧职业学校构建策略

Strategy of Constructing Smart Vocational Colleges Based on Wisdom Education

教育部于2018年4月13日发布的《教育信息化2.0行动计划》提出数字资源服务普及、网络学习空间覆盖、智慧教育创新发展及全面提升师生信息素养等行动。职业学校作为一种职业导向性的跨界教育,在以物联网、云计算、大数据等技术打造的智慧教育背景下,面对"互联网+"背景下教育业态变革、"数字土著"学习行为的变化以及自身职业属性的要求,搭建智慧教育背景下的智慧职业学校极为必要。智慧职业学校应包括学习与应用平台的开发、教师发展培训评估体系的构建以及校园教学与办公平台的智慧管理等一系列物联化、智能化、感知化、泛在化的教育信息生态系统,让职业教育成为智慧化教学、智慧化学习、智慧化评价、智慧化管理、智慧化服务以及培养学生的高级思维能力和创新创造能力的教育,实现"云端的学习"。

MAO Ze-dong’s poems are the poetic works written by MAO Ze-dong which are MAO Ze-dong’s wisdom fruit andThe Ministry of Education of China put forward a move in the paper of“2.0 Action Plan of Educational Informatization”on April 13,2018 in serving and popularizing digital resources,coverage of network learning and innovative development of wisdom education.The paper holds that vocational colleges,as a vocation-oriented transboundary educational service,are necessary to construct smart vocational schools under this background which should include the development of learning and application platform,the establishment of teachers’training and evaluation system,and the construction of wisdom management of teaching and office platform on campus,tending to make vocational education become the wisdom education,wisdom learning,wisdom evaluation,wisdom management and wisdom service to cultivate students’advanced thinking and innovative abilities.
