摘要
职业院校学生存在厌学情绪、自卑心理、自控能力较差、逆反心理较强等现象。针对这一群体,不仅要注重强制和纪律约束,更需要激励他们。激励不只是一种教育手段,更是一种教育理念。文章从树立激励教育理念、实施激励教育措施和激励教育技巧等方面进行了探究。
The paper states that there are some phenomena in vocational schools that students have learning weariness,inferiority complex psychology,weak self-control,and strong reversal mind.In such a status,students need not only discipline but also encouragement.The author of the paper explores how to establish an encouraging system in vocational schools to set up encouraging education idea,implement encouraging education measures and improve encouraging education skills.
