摘要
本研究通过对298名幼师生进行问卷调查,了解其学习倦怠现状及造成其学习倦怠的因素,并进行深入分析,探寻学习倦怠产生的原因,提出相应的解决对策和建议,包括合理安排课程、提高教师专业水平和业务素质、优化校园文化环境、帮助学生提高自我认知能力、树立学习目标培养成就感等。
The paper uses questionnaire to investigates 298 students majoring in kindergarten teachers about their learning burnout and the influential factors.Based on the analysis,the author discusses the causes of the students’learning burnout and proposes some measures including arranging curriculum reasonably,improving the teachers’professional abilities,optimizing the campus culture,helping students improve their self-consciousness and set up their learning goal.
