摘要
昆明轨道交通4号线苏家塘站为盾构整机站内过站车站,受两迁一改和地质条件影响,土建施工进度较计划滞后。为满足后续盾构过站和二次始发后,轨道运输车辆通行对车站站台层通行净空的基本要求,提出2种可以满足车站上部结构继续施工的支撑方案——门式支架支撑方案、中板结构加强方案。通过理论分析结合有限元数值仿真模拟,综合比较方案实施对车站施工进度的基本要求、对后续盾构施工工期影响、经济性等6个方面,认为2种支撑方案均能够提供上部结构施工的支撑反力,但应充分结合土建施工进度及盾构过站时间要求选用支撑方案,以便能够更好地控制投资并满足工期要求。
Sujiatang station of Kunming Rail Transit line 4 is with a shield machine driving through. Due to the influence of relocation and geological conditions,the civil construction progress lags behind the schedule.In order to meet the basic requirements of the station platform clearance caused by the passage of the following shield driving through stations and rail transport vehicles after the secondary departure, two support schemes (i.e.portal support scheme and mid-plate structure strengthening scheme) are put forward, which can meet the requirements of the station superstructure construction. Through theoretical analysis and finite element numerical simulation, compared the program implementation from six aspects including the basic requirements of the station construction progress, the impact on the subsequent shield construction period, the economy and so on, it is considered that the two support schemes can provide the supporting counter-force of superstructure construction. The support scheme should be chosen based on the construction schedule and the time requirement for shield driving through a station. Therefore, the investment can be better controlled and the construction is easy to satisfy the schedule requirement.
