摘要
为解决隧道仰拱施工中传统设备简易、工艺落后导致的施工质量难以保证,在仰拱开挖、出渣等工序作业时过往的人员、车辆、机械设备无法正常通行以及现有客运专线隧道仰拱施工设备机械化程度底、集成度不高等问题,以沪昆客运专线贵州段CKGZTJ-3标栋梁坡隧道为例,对仰拱栈桥、模板体系、走行机构等进行研究,研制的全自动液压栈桥式仰拱移动模架一体机集成了栈桥、仰拱模板、中心水沟模板、走行机构、液压和液电装置等结构件。在施工过程中,先优化仰拱段施工作业区,利用全自动液压、液电系统功能控制栈桥行走、仰拱和中心水沟模板安装及定位作业;在仰拱施工期间,与过往的人员、车辆、机械设备以及掌子面施工形成互不干扰、平行推进的局面。该全自动液压栈桥式仰拱移动模架一体机有效减少了作业人员和辅助材料的投入,工效明显提升,安全步距可控,并保证了仰拱衬砌和仰拱填充以及中心水沟的质量。
In the course of tunnel invert construction, the construction quality is hard to be guaranteed due to the simple traditional equipment and backward technology;the passing pedestrians, vehicles and mechanical equipment are impassible during the invert processes of excavating and slag discharging;and the existing invert construction equipment for the existing passenger dedicated line tunnels are with low mechanization and integration degree. In order to solve these problems, taking the Guizhou Section CKGZTJ-3 of Donglianganpo tunnel in Shanghai-Kunmming Passengerdedicated line as example, the invert trestle, formwork system and walking mechanism are studied. The fully automatic hydraulic trestle invert mobile formwork machine are developed with the integration of trestle, invert formwork, central ditch formwork, walking mechanism, hydraulic and electro-hydraulic devices and other structural parts.In the construction process, the invert construction area should be optimized firstly. The trestle walking, invert and central ditch formwork installation and location can be controlled by adopting fully automatic hydraulic and electrohydraulic system functions. During invert construction, the passing pedestrian, vehicles, mechanical equipment and palm surface construction have no interference with one another. The fully automatic hydraulic trestle type invert mobile formwork frame machine effectively reduces the input of operators and auxiliary materials, improves the work efficiency, controls the safe step distance, and ensures the lining and filling of invert and the quality of the central ditch.
