摘要
压力机在工业生产中具有非常广泛的应用,从大型设备如冲压机床到小型化压力机,其主要通过设备末端施加的压力来完成一定的功能。压力机的机构方案对其力学性能具有重要的影响,本文通过机械动力学仿真分析软件Adams对一款小型压力机进行机构设计与建模仿真分析,并基于其基本机构模型,进行参数化建模仿真,从而得到对其快速化仿真分析的方法和结论。
The press has been applied in a wide range of industrial production,from large equipment such as stamping machine to miniaturized press.It completes a certain function mainly through the pressure on the end of the equipment.The mechanical structure of press has an important influence on its mechanical performance.Through the analysis of the mechanical dynamics simulation software Adams,we can conduct mechanism design and modeling simulations of a small press.Apart from that,based on its basic organization model,weconduct parametric modeling simulation,through which we obtained the method and the conclusion of rapidsimulation.
