摘要
本文针对电动汽车电子机械制动系统的体方案进行这一,在这一设计方案里主要涉及到了系统、硬件、软件以及机械部分,和关键模块单元设计与关键问题分析。本文主要使用基于滚珠丝杆的非自锁机构和电磁的自锁机构去完成电子机械的制动,目的是令行车制动以及驻车制动要求得到实现。通过硬件以及软件的冗余设计令系统在运行的上的可靠性得到提升。该系统和以往的液压制动系统比较起来,其自身的结构简单,并且安装上相对便捷,其自身具有一定的环保性和操作上的灵活性等多种优势。
This paper aims at the body scheme of electro-mechanical braking system of electric vehicle,in which the system,hardware,software,mechanical part,key module unit design and key problem analysis are mainly involved in this design scheme In this paper,the non-self-locking mechanism based on the ball rod and the electromagnetic self-locking mechanism are mainly used to complete the electro-mechanical braking.The purpose of this paper is to realize the braking requirements of driving and parking.The reliability of the system is improved by redundant design of hardware and software.Compared with the previous hydraulic braking system,the system has a simple structure and is relatively convenient to install.Its own environmental protection and operational flexibility and other advantages.
