数字射线技术在核电站中的应用研究

摘要 核电现场工况复杂,管道分布广,每次大修涉及维修、改造焊接后焊缝多,提高射线检查速度可以有效改善大修工期。与此同时,核电现场很多待检查焊缝都位于辐照区域,提高射线检验速度也可以适当有效减少检测人员所受辐射剂量。 The working conditions of nuclear power site are complex and the pipelines are widely distributed. Each overhaul involves maintenance and modification of welding seams. Raising the speed of radiographic inspection can effectively improve the overhaul period. At the same time, many welds to be inspected in the nuclear power field are located in the irradiation area, so improving the speed of radiographic inspection can also reduce radiation dose to inspectors appropriately and effectively.
