摘要
在进行高精度装配工作时,需要使用气动扭矩扳子进行精度控制,降低装配误差,提高装配质量。但是气动扭矩扳子由于保存不合理或使用方法不恰当,在每次使用前必须重新进行校准,这样才能将误差降到最低。本文首先对气动扭矩扳子的控制方式和静态扭矩测试系统的基本组成进行了概述,随后就静态扭矩测试仪的校准方法和操作技巧展开了简要分析。
In order to reduce assembly error and improve assembly quality,pneumatic torque wrench should be used for precision control in high precision assembly.But the pneumatic torque wrench must be calibrated again before each use because of unreasonable preservation or improper use,so as to minimize the error.Firstly,the control mode of pneumatic torque wrench and the basic composition of static torque testing system are summarized.Then,the calibration method and operation skills of static torque tester are briefly analyzed.
